Program to be held on the land and online!
Description:
Join author and meditation teacher Oren Jay Sofer in person or online for this special daylong workshop exploring the relevance of contemplative practice in meeting the challenges of our times. How can our meditation be a resource for the many intersecting problems of our era? How can we nourish the essential qualities needed to transform our world?
Based on his new book, the program will offer practices to develop inner strength, clarity, and flexibility to respond to the crises of our times with integrity, strength, and love. The day will include guided meditation, small group discussions, and ample time for questions. All are welcome. No prior experience necessary.
Books will be available for purchase on site at the Spirit Rock bookstore. There will be a book signing with Oren Jay Sofer after the program for on-land participants only.
