Description:
Join Roshi Teja Bell for a day of restorative and enlivening practice, weaving together the gentle power of Qigong with the clarity and calmness of Mindful meditation. This daylong retreat draws on the classical Three Treasures—Jing (life essence), Qi (vital energy), and Shen (spirit)—to align body, breath, and mind. This alignment in turn promotes resilience, clarity, and joy.

Through guided standing and seated Qigong, breath cultivation, and accessible mindful meditation practices, we will explore how movement and stillness nourish vitality, regulate energy, and awaken the heart. Together, we will cultivate a grounded presence, a relaxed breath, and an open, luminous awareness.

This daylong program is designed for both new and experienced practitioners. All practices will be clearly guided, adaptable to your own pace and capacity, and suitable for both seated and standing participation. The day will include periods of Qigong and Dharma, guided instruction, quiet sitting, opportunities for reflection, and periods of healing handpan music with Gary Muszynski of One World Music.
