Description:
With all its ups and downs, the practice of Insight Meditation is a gift that keeps on giving. Throughout this day of practice, we will consider the various ways meditation practice supports the cultivation of resilience, equanimity, compassion, joy, and love. Our time together is designed both for those who are newer to practice and curious about retreat, as well as more experienced practitioners wanting to reconnect. Please join us on the land or online, all are welcome!
