Please only register for one of the two formats: On-Land or Online.

Description:
Celebrate the arrival of 2026 with the New Year team—Sylvia Boorstein (a founding Spirit Rock teacher), Brahmani Liebman (Kripalu yoga teacher, trainer, and mindful movement teacher), Barbara Bogatin (San Francisco Symphony cellist and mindfulness educator)—as we individually and collectively respond to the fundamental question, “What, in these challenging times, keeps the mind alert and buoyant, and the heart hopeful and generous?”
Together we’ll explore the practices that have sustained us throughout the last year and the lessons we’ve learned that help us move creatively ahead to meet the changes happening around us. We’ll share stories, Dharma, meditation instructions and practice periods, guided mindful movement, and music. Please join us for an uplifting offering, as we move into the new year!
