Description:
During these challenging times of change, uncertainty and loss, how can our spiritual practice increase our capacity to mourn and handle loss with grace? What do loss and grief have to teach us, and what methods can help us find renewed strength with heartbreak?

This day retreat will explore a range of practices to shed light on our relationship to loss, grief and mourning, regardless of the origin (pandemic, persons, places, pets, planet, social justice and more). Mourning is a natural and healthy process of integrating our love and understanding in the face of loss. We’ll focus on strengthening conditions for support, healing and connection with grief.

Our time together will include a combination of silent meditation, contemplation, written reflections, and small group discussion. All are welcome, no prior experience needed.

All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds, as space allows. For more information, please email: Registration@spiritrock.org.
