Description:
When stress and uncertainty arise, returning to the body and our connection with the earth offers stability, calm, and the possibility of a wise response. In this daylong retreat, we’ll cultivate embodied presence as a taproot—grounding us and settling the mind. From this refuge, we’ll explore opening to clarity, joy, and belonging.

Our day will weave together Dharma teachings, meditation, somatic movement, and yoga asana into a deeply nourishing experience. We’ll begin with floor-based movement to release tension and fatigue, then flow into accessible yoga sequences. Drawing on personal stories and classical Buddhist teachings, we’ll explore what it means to be grounded in the body, held by awareness, and supported by community. All abilities and levels of experience warmly welcomed!
