Description:
Letting go can happen the way ice softens in the sun—simply because warmth is near. Ice becomes water, water rises as mist, and mist opens into space. In this unhurried evening, you are invited to settle into your body and rest in kind, steady awareness. Together we will:
- Move gently with standing and seated Qigong, feeling the ground beneath you
- Let the breath find its own easy rhythm
- Share Dharma reflections on impermanence and the freedom of loosening our grip
- Rest seated or reclining as a guided dissolving meditation, carried by soft singing bowls, rises from your feet to the warmth of your heart
- Gather yourself and return, upright, easeful, and whole
Come as you are, whatever your experience, and you may discover you have been held all along.
