Description:
Mettā is often associated with a softening of the heart. This softening brings with it a strength the way gold strengthens as it softens. During this daylong, we will explore how the cultivation of mettā—and its four dimensions—can become a source of power to your practice, your character, and your life. Our time together will include Dhamma teachings, guided meditation, silent practice, and Q&A. All experience levels welcome!

Online Only: We are offering this program online via Zoom.

Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports the teachers as well as Spirit Rock and your fellow practitioners who need to pay less.
