Description:
In meditation, we often experience different aspects of our consciousness without knowing what they are. Because they seem to arise at random, we don’t know how to work with them intentionally to deepen our concentration and insight.

This daylong introduces the Nine Dimensions of Consciousness, beginning with the consciousness that arises in the physical body and moving through a series of meditations into increasingly subtle levels. These teachings and meditations are intended to help you gain new clarity and confidence in your Insight practice.

Learning to recognize these dimensions of consciousness helps you distinguish between a capacity and its content. In our practice, we often get caught up in whatever arises in the mind, forgetting that we can choose to rest our attention on the capacity itself.

Note: This program is suited for those with some meditation experience.
