Description:
Come celebrate our Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) community in the rolling spring hills of northern California—or join us online with our global saṅgha. This special gathering is a chance to nourish your body, mind, and spirit; grow your skills as a mindfulness teacher; connect with old friends and make new ones; and prepare together to meet the urgent needs of our times with clarity and compassion.
Each morning we’ll deepen our personal practice of mindfulness and compassion through guided meditation and teachings in the retreat container of noble silence. After lunch there will be an opportunity to talk, walk, and enjoy the land—then we’ll gather again for afternoon workshops and teacher skill-building sessions. All listed teachers will be onsite for their sessions. Evenings are open for shared meals (not provided), community connection, or quiet rest.
Whether you attend in person or online, this program offers a rich opportunity to reconnect, renew, and recommit to the path of mindful service. Join us!
