Description:
O Nobly Born, O you of glorious origins, remember your radiant true nature, the essence of mind. Trust it. Return to it. It is home. — The Tibetan Book of the Dead
Come join us for a weekend connecting and reconnecting with what is already here—your innate goodness, clear mind, and steady presence. Within the complexities of everyday life, it’s natural to forget about these inherent beautiful qualities of mind-heart that sustain and nurture well-being. Through practices, talks, and sharing what we’ve learned, we’ll peel back the layers, befriend what’s there, and open a space of remembering who we are.
Our time together will include periods of sitting/stillness and moving/walking meditation, noble silence, Dharma talks, time outside in nature, and time to talk with each other. Bring your lunch, bring a friend, and bring your heart.
