Description:
The breath can be a gateway to presence, and its rhythm influences our thoughts, energy, and emotional states. This weekend retreat offers a direct, embodied pathway to the transformative power of the breath through QigongDharma. By cultivating mindfulness of breathing, we can stabilize the mind, regulate our energy and nervous systems, and awaken a grounded vitality.
Together, we will discover essential breath-centered practices drawn from Qigong, Dao Yin, Neigong and Zen traditions—integrated seamlessly with meditative awareness. Core skills will include whole-body breathing, interval breath training, and Radiant Body breathing—each crafted to deepen presence and restore inner balance. Practiced in both movement and stillness, these methods encourage a direct experience of energetic flow, spaciousness, and easeful mindfulness that extends off the cushion and into our daily lives.
Whether you’re newer to practicing with the breath or seeking to deepen your meditation practice, you will learn profound tools for cultivating inner calm, clarity, and well-being. Please join us!
