February 20, 2027
Please only register for one of the two formats: On-Land or Online.

Description:
In the 70s, Gerald Jampolsky wrote a classic entitled “Love is Letting Go of Fear.” For many, opening to the love and goodness inside and around us takes courage. Getting beyond stories of unworthiness allows us to celebrate the Buddha inside and ultimately share it without hesitation.
Through discussion, exercises and practices we will explore:
- What gets in the way of loving ourselves
- Honoring and enjoying our natural goodness
- Letting in all the love coming our way
- Allowing it to move through us and awaken it in others.
Jill White Lindsay will be guiding us in simple stretches and movement to ground us in our bodies as we go through the day.
