Description:
One of our deepest desires is to connect with the wonders of life and be happy. Though the world has moved past the COVID lockdown and you may find yourself in more easeful conditions, you may be unable to find renewed joy and happiness. We find ourselves surrounded by unexplained worries and the stresses of daily life.

Embodied mindfulness practices can help harness our racing mind and transmute difficult emotions. When we turn our care and attention toward worry, anxiety, anger, frustration, or fear, and practice holding difficult emotions tenderly, we embody love, compassion, and equanimity. We reclaim our happiness. Using science-backed resilience strategies, we will explore ways to regain our capacity to meet our challenges with courage, face our fears, develop self-compassion, and deepen in self-care.

Online Only: We are offering this program online via Zoom for you to join us remotely.

Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports the teachers as well as Spirit Rock, staff, and your fellow practitioners.
