Description:
In this day retreat, we will explore the life-affirming practices of Qigong as meditation in motion for creating and maintaining health in every domain of our human lives: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. We will learn how resiliency and systemic well-being deepen with mindfulness, and cultivate a more fully embodied compassionate presence, both in our practice and out in the world.

Our time together will include periods of guided and silent meditation practice, integrated movement, Dharma teachings, and Q&A. All abilities and levels of meditation and Qigong experience are warmly welcome.

All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.

*Recording Note: If you would like access to the recording, you must register by the deadline above. You will have ~90 days from the original program date to view the recording of this program.
