A benefit for Spirit Rock and East Bay Meditation Center

Open to all self-identified LGBTQIA+ only*
*This is not a space for allies.

Description:
In this critical moment in history, it is urgent and essential to recognize what it truly means to be alive. As we acknowledge the heartbreak and the multi-layered challenges faced by today’s LGBTQIA+ communities, it is crucial that we also cultivate an intimate connection with the qualities of beauty and joy.

Throughout this daylong, we will honor and tend to our collective grief, explore skillful ways to work with this powerful emotion, and engage in mindfulness practices that open us to the healing medicine of joy. Rooted in a foundation of lovingkindness and compassion, we will nourish an internal refuge of resilience—one that supports us in creating a world grounded in inclusivity and freedom for all.

All experience levels are warmly welcome. Movement will be offered in ways that are accessible for all types of bodies.

*While we greatly appreciate our allies, this Rainbow Sangha is only for LGBTQIA+ community.
