Opening to the Flow of Connection at the Heart of Life (MZ1D26)
Margarita Loinaz, MD
October 10, 2026
Please only register for one of the two formats: On-Land or Online.

Description:
Beyond the confines of the conceptual mind, life unfolds in a continuous flow that is unobstructed, pervasive, fresh, and constantly revealing. The discursive mind with its strong preferences interrupts this flow and disconnects us from the Earth, each other, and the greater cosmos. Through meditations with movement, stillness, and inquiry, we will explore ways to recognize non-conceptual awareness, noticing the shifts in perception that allow the flow of connection to re-establish itself.
