Program to be held on the land and online!

Description:
Most people experience some degree of trepidation when thinking about their own death. In fact, in a recent study, only a quarter of surveyed adults reported not having any fear of dying. Regardless of where you fall on this spectrum, consider this: we all die.

Death is as natural as birth. Not actively utilizing the power of this supreme contemplation is like discarding a precious jewel you have been freely given. The knowledge of finitude, which gives our limited time more importance, is a key that can unlock the potential to live more fully, lovingly, and wakefully amidst the miracle of our evanescent life. These teachings also support us in dying with peace, as a gift not just to ourselves but also to our loved ones. Join us for an exploration of the profound, liberating teachings of mindfulness of death through lecture, discussion, meditation, and interactive exercises in community.
