Description:
Curious about mindfulness—or ready to refresh your practice? This immersive daylong offers a clear, accessible introduction to the foundations of mindfulness meditation in a warm, supportive environment. Together, we’ll explore present-moment awareness, nonjudgment, and compassionate attention, grounded in both contemplative wisdom and modern scientific research.
Through guided instruction and experiential practice—including sitting meditation, walking meditation, and mindful eating—you’ll learn practical ways to bring awareness into everyday life. You’ll discover how mindfulness supports emotional balance, resilience, and well-being, with time for reflection and questions throughout the day.
Led by Diana Winston, who has taught mindfulness for over 30 years, this workshop is ideal for beginners and a meaningful reset for experienced practitioners. You’ll leave with simple, steady tools to cultivate greater clarity, ease, and presence in daily life.
