Program to be held on the land and online!

Description:
Every living being needs every other living being in order to survive and thrive, especially when the voices of division, fear, and hopelessness appear to dominate our collective narratives. It is easy to feel like we are alone, powerless, and/or heart weary in times like these.

Join us for a nourishing day in community devoted to (re)discovering and cultivating heart remedies that inspire and energize us, while supporting our deepest sense of happiness and well-being. We’ll explore practical, everyday ways of meeting ourselves, our practice, and our lives with courage, hope, and love.

Our time together will include guided meditation, Dharma reflections, stories, Q&A, and plenty of time to talk with each other. All are warmly welcome!

Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports teachers as well as Spirit Rock, staff, and your fellow practitioners.
