Heart Practices for Couples: A Pre-Valentine Gift for Relationship
Description:
This pre-Valentine’s Day program is an opportunity for couples to awaken the heart of joy and love together. To be intimate, we must learn to be fully present. Through partner meditations, verbal and nonverbal communication exercises, and group sharing, couples will practice the art of intimacy and learn skills to deepen their shared journey.
Because this day is mainly partner exercises, please only attend with your partner. No singles attendance. Pricing is PER PERSON.
Online Only: We are offering this program online via Zoom for you to join us remotely.

Through personal experience, health care providers will understand the partner practices at a depth that will improve their ability to support their clients and guide them with personal knowledge of the exercises. By equipping couples with the tools to deepen their emotional connection and navigate shared journeys, health care providers recognize the intrinsic link between mental health, interpersonal relationships, and overall well-being.
