Description:
In a world of constant demands, endless to-do lists, and attention pulled in every direction, our nervous systems can tighten, leaving us drained and overwhelmed. This retreat offers a welcoming invitation to pause, breathe, and rediscover the wisdom of rest, restoration, spaciousness, and mindful presence. Guided meditations, embodied awareness, silence, and time in nature help settle the body, steady the mind, and renew energy and attention, gently returning us to what matters most. Practices of lovingkindness and equanimity nourish the heart, reminding us that we are always enough. Equanimity does not mean not caring—it means caring deeply with wisdom and balance. Through mindfulness, we learn to meet life with greater clarity and kindness rather than reactivity. Rest here is not selfish: it replenishes us for the benefit of ourselves and others. Join us to cultivate a more spacious and easeful way of being, and step into more freedom.
