Description:
How do I practice in daily life? We have all asked this question, whether we are new to Insight (vipassanā) meditation or experienced practitioners. These remaining days of 2025 in the Gregorian calendar and winter season may inspire us to reflect and reset intentions and conditions for practicing in a way that supports both our hearts and our inner and daily lives. Every moment is an opportunity to be aware of present experience and to cultivate intentions and attitudes that support us in living a life of benefit and well-being—individually and collectively.
Throughout this daylong, participants will receive instructions and guided meditations in both stillness and movement. You will also receive guidance for assessing your practice and establishing conditions for starting anew. During movement periods, one-on-one meetings will also be offered for in-person practitioners.
Sliding Scale Rates: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports teachers as well as Spirit Rock and your fellow practitioners who need to pay less.**

*Important Notes:
On-Land Attendance
- The on-land day program will take place in the Community Meditation Center in the Great Hall.
- Bring a sack lunch and a water bottle. Lunch will not be provided.
- This is NOT a residential retreat. Overnight accommodations are not provided.

- NO REFUNDS.
- Open Credit or Donation to Spirit Rock = cancel 2 or more business days prior to program (Pacific Time)
- No Open Credit = cancel less than 2 business days prior
