Daylong to be held on the land and online!

Description:
Join us for a weekend retreat of exploration and integration as we weave together wisdom and practices from Meditation and Qigong. We will cultivate ways to stay more centered, kind, and clear through embodiment practices from these two traditions, as we develop and balance the “three centers” of hara, heart, and head.

Our time together will include guided and silent meditation practice, and standing and seated Qigong movement. We will offer in-depth instruction and dialogue in a supportive environment. All abilities and levels of meditation and Qigong experience are warmly welcome!

Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports teachers as well as Spirit Rock, staff, and your fellow practitioners.
