Description:
The Dharma is said to be good in the beginning, good in the middle, and good in the end. Come join us online for a daylong retreat discovering, rediscovering, and finding confidence in the fresh, reliable, and timeless teachings of the Dharma.

During our time together, Sylvia and Heidi will share what brought them to practice, what they’ve learned, and what supports them most. Within the complexities of everyday life, it’s natural to forget what we already know, to find beauty in the midst of difficulty, and to trust our inherent wisdom. Whether you’re new to practice or a seasoned practitioner, ask yourself: What brings you to practice? What have you learned? Why do you return? Is there something niggling at your heart that you want to more deeply understand?

Through meditation, conversation, Dharma discovery, and plenty of time to talk with each other, we’ll peel back the layers, discover our own fruits, and open a caring space to remember who we are. In this way we heed the Buddha’s penultimate teaching, “Strive on with diligence. Move into the future with confidence.”

Everyone is welcome, please come join us.
