Description:
In a world of constant noise, this day is an invitation to return to the wisdom beneath it—to pause, listen deeply, and reconnect with the heart of who you are.

Through meditation, breath, yoga, chanting, music, storytelling, contemplation, time in nature, and rest, we’ll nourish the nervous system while exploring the stories that shape our lives. Drawing from the wisdom of the purāṇas (sacred myths), we’ll gently inquire into the narratives we’ve inherited, the ones we’ve unconsciously repeated, and the possibility of living a story that is more awake, courageous, and true.

Bhakti—the yoga of the heart—reminds us that every emotion can become fuel for transformation. Chanting is a love letter to life, inviting us to offer our voices to something greater while awakening our innate capacity for love, grace, resilience, and devotion. Join Janet Stone for a day of practice, reflection, community, and stillness as we step away from the noise and back toward ourselves.

IMPORTANT – Program accessibility note:
This program will include a non-heated, vigorous yoga asana practice. If this does not sound like an appropriate fit right now for you, we encourage you to reconsider and attend one of our many other accessible programs.
