Open to self-identified Trans* and Gender Queer/Gender Variant people who may invite close ones to attend. We ask that cis-allies only attend as a guest of a trans or gender expansive identified person.

Description:
When we employ compassion as a heart practice, it allows us to be present in challenging moments and times. Compassion allows us to hold suffering wisely, allowing us to grow and heal from our life experiences with kindness and care. During this day, we will include meditations, sharing, and discussions that nurture us as we honor those we have lost and engage joy as a tool for our resilience.

We will join in community, as Trans* and Gender Queer/Gender Variant people and invited cis loved ones to share our stories, our practice, and create a space to practice freeing our hearts.

This day retreat is suitable for both new and experienced practitioners and is an opportunity to practice in a space which will be lead and held by Trans* identified individuals.

You are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.
