Drïan Juarez

Drïan Juarez is a global leader, speaker, and consultant ensuring transgender people have access to the tools they need to live full and happy lives. As the Vice President of Programming for “Trans Can Work”, an employment program for the trans and gender expansive community, Drïan works to build inclusive company cultures where gender diverse people can thrive. She has served as the Global Partnerships Manager for Grindr’s “Grindr for Equality Program” where she promoted health, justice, and equality for the global LGBTQI community with a focus on Latin America. Drïan is also the founder and former Program Manager of the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Transgender Economic Empowerment Project (TEEP) the first employment program in Los Angeles to address the needs of gender diverse communities. Drïan attended the first transgender residential retreat at Big Bear Lake in 2019, and was a guest speaker for the event this year bringing insight from her experiences with the challenges, as well as her successes, living as a trans Latina at this time.
