Description:
The Buddha says that wise view is the starting point—it is also the culmination of awakening. Yet, delusion comes camouflaged as wisdom. What we do not yet understand shapes our view and obscures freedom. What are the processes by which we realize and align with our deepest knowing?

Together, we’ll consider the various aspects of the Dharma path that help us wake up to the assumptions that shape our experience and behavior: deep attention, spiritual friendship, and surrendering to this moment. We’ll reflect on what we’ve known in our clearest moments and what truly matters in how we relate to life. Together we’ll open to our embodied experience of wise view and how it supports meeting each moment with wisdom and love.

During this day of practice, we’ll offer guided and silent meditation practice, Dharma reflections, and time for dialogue. All are welcome.
