Day Retreat to be held on the land only!
Open to: Self-identified women
Description:
We’ll practice together and give homage to the lineage of awakened women going back to the time of the Buddha. This day will include times of stationary and moving meditation, sharing, and silence. There will be Dharma talks that weave together the stories of women through time on this spiritual path and the profound Dharma truths that they understood so well. The experience of this day will be spacious, restorative, introspective, and connective. All those who identify as women are welcome on this day. We will be diverse in our womanhood and our practice experience levels.
*Important Notes:
On-Land Attendance
- The on-land day program will take place in the Community Meditation Center in the Great Hall.
- Bring a sack lunch and a water bottle. Lunch will not be provided.
- This is NOT a residential retreat. Overnight accommodations are not provided.
COVID Safety Protocols for CMC Programs
- Vaccination + Booster (effective June 5, 2023): Not required; vaccination + booster (at least 1) strongly encouraged.
- Proof of Negative COVID Test (effective June 5, 2023): Not required; same-day COVID testing strongly encouraged.
- Masking: Optional, not required (since January 2023). If choosing to mask, masking type is your personal choice. Be sure to bring your own mask with you.

On-Land Sliding Scale Rates: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for the teacher. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford.

Cancellation Policy for On-Land Day Programs:
- NO REFUNDS.
- Open Credit or Donation to Spirit Rock = cancel 2 or more business days prior to program (Pacific Time)
- No Open Credit = cancel less than 2 business days prior
