Open to: All self-identified LGBTQIA+

Description:
Join us to celebrate LGBTQIA+ Pride month with a half-day of practice in community. We will explore the power of love—loving ourselves and loving each other. In our meditation practice, we learn to bring all of who we are more fully into our lives. Grounded in lovingkindness and compassion, we create a space to support healing from the challenges of daily life and to nurture a world that is grounded in inclusivity and freedom for all.

Our time together will include Dharma talks, meditations, guided movement, chants, and interactive sessions. All experience levels are warmly welcome. Movement will be offered in ways that are accessible for all types of bodies.

This program is for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Non-Binary, Two-Spirit, Queer, Intersex, and Same-Gender Loving communities (LGBTQIA+).

Online Only: We are offering this program online via Zoom for you to join us remotely.

Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports the teachers as well as Spirit Rock, staff, and your fellow practitioners.

Benefactor – $108
Sustainer – $50
BASE – $30
Scholarship Rate (BIPOC, M/K) – $15
No Fees – $0

All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.
