Description:
Caregiving—whether for a loved one, a patient, or a community—is an act of profound service. Yet, it can also be physically, emotionally, and spiritually demanding. This six-week course offers a sanctuary for caregivers—both paid and unpaid, professional and family—to cultivate resilience, compassion, and well-being through the practice of mindfulness.

Together, we will explore embodied presence, meeting each moment with awareness, steadiness, and care. Through guided meditations, reflections, and practical tools, we will cultivate self-compassion, sustainable self-care, and intention-setting to nourish ourselves as we support others. We will also acknowledge the grief and loss that accompany caregiving while deepening our connection to its inherent purpose and sacredness.

Mindfulness invites us to integrate practice into our daily life, including caregiving—not as a burden, but as an offering. Join us in this compassionate community, where we will learn, share, and strengthen our capacity to care both for others and ourselves.

Online Only: We are offering this program online via Zoom.

Class dates are: October 9, October 16, October 23, October 30, November 6, and November 13; all classes are held on Thursday from 6:00pm – 8:00pm US Pacific Time.
