Description:
We have forgotten our stories and our roots, how to listen, and our connection to nature. Cultivating this awareness demands that we explore our spiritual and ancestral roots, reclaim the strength and power of our relationship with nature, and feel the elemental forces in our bodies, hearts, and consciousness.

Weaving together the teachings of the Buddha and Native American spirituality, we will take a journey of reconnecting with our ancestors, nature, and the practice of mindfulness meditation. Let’s put forth clear intent and effort to awaken our wiser ancestral sense, and deepen our conversations with medicine and spirit, through which we access the intelligence of our heart. All of this starts with observing ourselves, which points out our original thoughts, original beliefs, and our genuine feeling of life.

All levels of practice are welcome.

*This day program is a space for BIPOC community only (and not for Allies). If you do not self-identify as a person of color, we kindly ask that you not register for this program. We hope to have a program in the future for both BIPOC and Allies to share the space together. ~Thank you for your understanding and respect of this space.

All BIPOC are welcome for this program! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.

*Recording Note: If you would like access to the recording, you must register by the deadline above. You will have ~90 days from the original program date to view the recording of this program.
