Description:
There is a knowing that lives beneath thought, an ancient intelligence woven into the fabric of our being. The Buddha taught that everything needed for liberating the heart is already here, within this body. The path is not about becoming different, but remembering all that has been obscured by the habits of conditioning and forgetfulness.

By returning to the body as a living archive that has never stopped guiding us, we reconnect with the sacred inheritance of wholeness—a continuity passed down through the Buddhadharma and the unbroken line of ancestors whose memories flow within us. This daylong will include silent sitting meditation, Dharma reflections, breath awareness, and gentle interpersonal connections. During our time together we will reconnect with what is already ours, a sense of belonging, spacious presence, and the dignity of simply being alive. Open to both new and experienced practitioners.

Online Only: We are offering this program online via Zoom.

Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports the teachers as well as Spirit Rock and your fellow practitioners who need to pay less.
