Description:
Who would you be if you had a new way of relating to money? Using Buddhist practices, neuroscience, the four higher states of well-being, and psychology, this program will help you uncover the pathways to equanimity and prosperity. Since we often bring less mindfulness to financial matters than we do to other areas of our lives, it is an arena in which we have surprising opportunities for transformation.

Through interactive exercises and the power of a supportive community, we’ll learn how to access your money wisdom, make more objective financial decisions, mitigate the comparing mind, lessen our allegiance to old patterns, decrease anxiety, and cultivate a mindset of “enough” that inclines toward generosity. Regardless of your financial situation, it’s possible to shift from fear to confidence. Together, we will loosen our inherited beliefs and experience the paradox of how letting go offers a path towards abundance.

Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports teachers as well as Spirit Rock and your fellow practitioners who need to pay less.
