Description:
In a world that often equates change with loss or failure, it’s easy to see impermanence as something to resist or control. Yet, the Buddha’s teachings remind us that impermanence is not a problem to avoid but a profound truth that reveals the beauty and preciousness of life. During our time together, we’ll practice looking at impermanence as movement, possibility, and even beauty. As Thich Nhat Hanh wrote, “Thanks to impermanence, everything is possible.” Through guided meditation, Dharma reflections, somatic practices, and group sharing, we will explore impermanence as a doorway to gratitude, ease, and aliveness.
