Description:
Join us for a transformative online daylong exploring the powerful and often misunderstood emotion of anger. Guided by Lama Rod’s unique blend of Buddhist wisdom and deep cultural insight that activates the intersections of his identity, this space invites us to meet anger with compassion, clarity, and courage. Through guided meditation, Dharma talks, and personal reflection, we will explore the roots of anger: how it arises, how it impacts our lives and relationships, and how it can be a doorway to healing, empowerment, and social transformation. Lama Rod offers a natural, engaging, and inclusive space to explore how personal and collective anger can be honored and integrated without harm. Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this daylong provides tools to work with anger skillfully, transforming it into a force for justice, love, and liberation. Come as you are, and leave with renewed clarity, deeper presence, and a sense of connection to yourself and the world.
