Description:
Join us for a day of celebrating the depth of spiritual friendships (Kalyana Mitta), described as “the whole of the Holy Life.”

Together we’ll explore the Buddha’s potent teaching through the lens of our life-long road buddies, confidants, everyday supports: our friends. While telling our stories, we’ll discover how to walk together on the collective path towards liberation. Speaking our truths and gathering in circles, we’ll connect with our divine natures. Witnessing “what is real” in our relationships, we’ll embrace loving friendliness and compassion towards ourselves and our chosen family.

We will engage in mindful meditation practices, reflective interactive small circles, that will focus on cultivating Wise Relations. This day retreat will still your mind, open your heart and have you rejoicing in the glory of “belonging.”

Invite a friend to journey together.

All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.
