Benefit for Tara Mandala and Spirit Rock
Description:
Join Lama Tsultrim Allione to savor the precious, profound teachings of sahaja, which means spontaneous, innate, or co-emergent depending on context. Lama Tsultrim will share the liberation songs of eighth century yogis and yoginis such as Saraha, Sahajayoginicinta, and the Mahasiddhas. Alternating between the profound words of the Sahajinis (tantric sages/poets), meditation, and dialogue, we will open to these non-dual nature of mind teachings, which have the ability to wake us up spontaneously to our true nature.
Teachers and assistants also joining this program: Lopon Chandra Easton (TBD), Eve Ekman, Gretchen Donovan and Jenny Terbell.
Important Note: This daylong retreat and the previous day’s program (“Feeding Your Demons and Finding Your Allies” on Saturday, July 22) are separate programs with separate registrations.

On-Land Attendance
- The on-land day program will take place in the Community Meditation Center in the Great Hall.
- Bring a sack lunch and a water bottle. Lunch will not be provided.
- This is NOT a residential retreat. Overnight accommodations are not provided.
COVID Safety Protocols for CMC Programs
- Vaccination + Booster (effective June 5, 2023): Not required; vaccination + booster (at least 1) strongly encouraged.
- Proof of Negative COVID Test (effective June 5, 2023): Not required; same-day COVID testing strongly encouraged.
- Masking: Optional, not required (since January 2023). If choosing to mask, masking type is your personal choice. Be sure to bring your own mask with you.

**Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for the teacher. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford.

Cancellation Policy for On-Land Day Programs:
- NO REFUNDS.
- Open Credit or Donation to Spirit Rock = cancel 2 or more business days prior to program (Pacific Time)
- No Open Credit = cancel less than 2 business days prior
