Restructuring Your Life: Making Inner and Outer Changes that Align with Who You Are Now (PM1M25)
Phillip Moffitt, MA and Jennifer Ward
September 19 - 21, 2025
Registration closes at 1:00pm (Pacific Time) on September 19, 2025. A waiting list will be created if the program fills early.
Important Note: This is a professional development program; scholarships and discounts are not available.
Description:
This workshop retreat focuses on restructuring your life, no matter your age. The focus is on the “nuts and bolts”—the actual practical steps involved in getting real with yourself as to where you are in your life now, what’s working and what’s not working, and how to create a practical plan of action. Throughout our time together, you will have the chance to look at the psychology of your own mind and assess the ways you repeatedly disempower yourself. You will learn about sorting through your priorities and making actual commitments to restructure.
This 3-day mindfulness-based program will interweave short, guided meditations with practical teachings on topics such as values and intentions, priorities, and the “journey through change.” You’ll complete self-assessments that will support you in catching up with yourself and help you gain clarity. And there will be a focus on mindfulness practices you can utilize in your daily life to stay true to what’s most important and help you reorient when you inevitably get off track.
Your commitment to attend all sessions is important.
Each session of a workshop is designed to build upon the previous one, creating a coherent learning journey. Recordings of the sessions will not be available to participants.
