Description:
Come join us for a half-day retreat as we turn a new leaf in the new year. During this program, we’ll explore practices to acknowledge and set down anything we are still carrying from the difficult year of 2020, and connecting fully with the strength of our hearts and the beauty of our aspirations for the year to come, both personally and collectively. The half-day retreat will include a combination of silent practice, Dharma teachings, and the opportunity to reflect silently and/or engage in interactive discussion. For those who would like, there also will be an opportunity to formally take the three Refuges and five Precepts.

All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.
