Description:
In this workshop, we will explore the profound energy practice Lift Chi Up Pour Chi Down—the main practice offered at the Medicineless Qigong Hospital in China, where extraordinary physical, emotional, and spiritual healing results have been attained. Healing and happiness happen as we release energy blocks and reconnect with the infinite source of all energy. Lift Chi Up Pour Chi Down strengthens our connection with source energy and activates our internal energy flow, increasing wellbeing on all levels.

This is a graceful, flowing form of qigong that can be modified even for those that cannot stand or sit. Qigong and meditation are complementary practices that help us open beyond our limited sense of self. We’ll offer practices that help us deepen this opening beyond our “small self” and help us trust our essential nature.
