Open to Everyone

Description:
Entering into a deep appreciation of our embodiment can open doors to profound understanding. We begin to experience the interconnectedness of all that exists and the support inherent in that recognition. Full embodiment provides a base from which we can recognize the freedom of non-conceptual awareness. Even a glimpse of this begins to transform our lives, opening us to greater freedom and ease.

Through guided meditations, movement, inquiry we will explore what gets revealed through our direct experience taking in the support that arises.
