Registration open for Online Audit the entire week of the retreat and will close 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on July 23, 2022.
To create greater accessibility and inclusivity, we’re offering this retreat in two virtual formats from July 15 – 24, 2022.
The Two Formats are:
1. Online Retreat – limited to only 72 participants – Now Closed
2. Online Audit – unlimited spaces available – Open for Registration until the end of the day July 23rd.
Online Retreat
The online retreat will be offered via Zoom and will include: meditation instructions, Dharma talks, and opportunities to ask questions during Q&A with on-land teachers, broadcasted live from Spirit Rock’s Upper Meditation Hall. There will also be practice meetings and 1:1 interviews with Neesha Patel and Ines Freedman on Zoom, as well as online affinity groups. Please note: the on-land teachers will not offer practice meetings to online practitioners.

Online Audit
The online audit option will be offered via Livestream and will include: meditation instructions, Dharma talks, and observation of Q&A sessions with on-land teachers broadcasted live from Spirit Rock’s Upper Meditation Hall. Please note: the audit option does not offer teacher practice meetings, the option to ask questions during Q&A sessions, or participation in online affinity groups.

Program Description
The emphasis during this 9-day retreat will be on the continuity of awareness in all activities, which stabilizes and balances the mind. Relaxed acceptance of our moment-to-moment experience will become the platform for investigation and wisdom. Particular attention will be paid to the attitudes in the mind that condition our understanding. This retreat is suitable for both beginner and experienced meditators. We welcome people from all life experiences, backgrounds, and diverse communities.
