Program to be held on the land only

Description:
Curious about Insight Meditation (vipassanā) and how mindfulness can support greater clarity, ease, and presence in daily life? This daylong program offers an accessible introduction to the foundations of vipassanā practice, including its roots in the Buddhist tradition and its practical applications for modern life.

Through guided meditation exercises, we will explore mindfulness of the body, mind, emotions, eating, and listening — gaining firsthand experience of how present-moment awareness can cultivate greater stability and well-being. There will be opportunities for discussion and questions, allowing you to deepen your understanding and explore how to integrate these practices into daily life.

This program is ideal for beginners as well as those seeking a refresher in Insight Meditation. It also serves as a helpful foundation for those considering a multi-day retreat at Spirit Rock or other vipassanā centers.
