Description:
During this weekend retreat, will come together to practice Insight Dialogue—an interpersonal meditation practice that brings together mindfulness and concentration, the wisdom teachings of the Buddha and the power of relationship to support insight into the causes and release of human suffering.

Seeing release as peace was one of the Buddha’s greatest insights. These times of great personal and social pain from outer conditions make this seeing harder, but not impossible. We see it through the generosity of compassionate and kind action, which has a healing power for everyone in the community. This online retreat will explore the power of generosity, the many ways it manifests and how we cultivate generosity as a practice to see release as peace. Our time together will include periods of guided meditation, reflection, interactive discussion, and Q&A.

Both beginners and longtime Insight Dialogue practitioners are welcome.

All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.
