Program to be held on the land only

Description:
Join us for a day of practice rooted in the Dharma and nourished by the wisdom of the natural world. In this winter season, nature offers profound teachings: the sacred call to go inward, to rest in reflection and trust the wisdom already within us; the reminder to honor the womb-like darkness of these shorter days while cultivating joy and light; and the invitation to discern what no longer serves our spiritual life, so we may release it with clarity.

Together, we will attune to the earth’s ancient wisdom as a way to deepen and embody the Dharma. In a world filled with distractions that pull us away from spiritual grounding, this day offers a conscious return to what truly matters—a time of personal and collective renewal, reconnection, and remembering.

Our day will include guided and silent meditation, mindful movement, Dharma reflections, experiential practices, and Q&A.

Sliding Scale Rates: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports teachers as well as Spirit Rock and your fellow practitioners who need to pay less.**
