Description:
The human heart possesses an immense, innate capacity for tender compassion, profound love, and renewed joy. We need these qualities now more than ever as we navigate the unique intensity of our current world—from global uncertainties to our deep collective anxieties and losses.

True gratitude is not a bypass of our struggles; it is a courageous act of resilience. It is the steady ground from which we can build a sense of hope and beauty even amidst turbulent times. These gifts of the heart are not accidental—they can be intentionally practiced, activated, and developed.

Join us for a nourishing day of meditation, heartfelt storytelling, and collective dialogue. Together, we will illuminate our inner landscape, supported by the timeless practices of love, forgiveness, and the true nature of the heart. This gathering offers a sanctuary of virtual community, visionary perspectives, and blessings to carry forward into your life and season. Come step out of the noise and rest in what is genuinely good. All are welcome.

Online Only: We are offering this program online via Zoom.
