Description:
In this 6-week series, learn how to meditate, relax deeply, speak your truth, develop your mind, and integrate healthy use of electronics all while hanging out with other great people your age. Through the practices of mindfulness and Insight Meditation, we will take time to reconnect to ourselves in order to experience more ease, wisdom, and compassion. Classes will include movement, community-building games, meditation instruction, and council—a practice of witnessing the group’s collective wisdom.
Class dates: September 29, October 6, October 13, October 20, October 27, & November 3; all classes are held on Sundays from 5:00pm – 6:30pm Pacific Time.
Important Notes:
- NEW CHANGES! 6 classes, instead of 5, and shortened meeting time online.
- Class size is limited to 23 students.
- Attendance in at least 4 sessions required, including the second session.
- Video participation is expected as a support for the container, with exceptions for technical or health reasons.
Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports the teachers as well as Spirit Rock, staff, and your fellow practitioners.

Cancellation Policy – Online: Drop-ins, Daylongs, Multiday Programs (1-3 days), Family Programs/Series, CEC fees:

- Open Credit, or Donation to Spirit Rock = if cancel by midnight, the day prior to program start (Pacific Time)
- No Open Credit = if cancel day of the program, or beyond
