Teresa Todoroff

Teresa serves the Dhamma with reverence and joy. She has been shaped by the intimate teachings of caregiving, grief and loss, and living alongside Buddhist monastics. Poetry, somatics, devotional practices, and an ongoing exploration of animist ways of being in the world continue to inspire her spiritual journey.

In 2014, she felt a visceral homecoming in the Theravadan lineage and began to orient her life around intensive study and practice. Since then, she has served as a meditation teacher, movement facilitator, licensed massage therapist, and bilingual educator—bringing a trauma-informed and embodied approach to all of her offerings. Cumulatively, she has devoted a year of her life to silent retreat.

Tere has supported retreats and experiential learning with youth, families, adults, meditation centers, and diverse communities throughout the U.S. and Latin America. She is drawn to the places where contemplative practice meets the body, grief, relationship, creativity, and the more-than-human world.

She remains humbled and profundamente agradecida by the many streams of blessings that have carried her and the precious gift of the Triple Jewel.
